The feud was not the media’s creation. Trump had compared the intelligence community’s leaks about him to “Nazi Germany” on Twitter, and then repeated that charge in a news conference 10 days ago. He also used so-called scare quotes to cite the “intelligence” agencies on Twitter.
I bet if we were to retweet the Donald’s word but attribute them to Hillary, his supporters would be outraged and yell “lock her up!”
Instead, we’ll hear how the Donald is making America great again.
What a pathetic circus this presidency is turning into. Our insane clown President says something that everyone knows is dangerous, almost treasonous nonsense, and his hand-picked CIA director contradicts him the very next day. I have not always agreed with Clapper’s or Hayden’s politics in the past. They are at times too hard edged for me. But I will never doubt their veracity over this bozo we call §resident. I know the roots of these two men. The people they worked with are the same, at all times, in retirement or not, patriots by deed and action. I do not use the word patriot lightly. Look up their history (Freedom through Vigilance.) They are educated men, deeply experienced in the fields they worked in. In terms of the politics and motives of the Soviet Past as well as the Russian present, they can be considered experts. It is making me sick to see this asshole slamming them for what they do best and kissing ass with their main nemesis.
