This is aimed at Paul, clear and simple. He is trying to start another public fight with Paul, his favorite target. He learned early on that he had Paul’s number and its such an uneven battle tilted in Christie’s favor that he just can’t resist.
My guess is though, that Paul won’t raise to the bait for this…not just yet. Christie will probably follow up with more specific attacks that force Paul to respond…and then after getting beat down, run for cover yet again.
Then again, Christie may be deeper inside his head than I am, and figures Paul just can’t stay quiet.

Even old folks are smoking it for pain and chemo symptoms. I guess he gets the small number of sheriffs and police chiefs who like stealing assets from innocent people to fund their offices. Most rank and file cops don’t want to waste their time with pot busts. He is the definition of a fat, stupid idiot. I am so embarrassed to have grown up in NJ.
