Oh well, there’s always Attorney General or Secretary of State.

Ah, that’s the penetrating power of analysis we’ve come to expect from Gov. Fatso.

“If you don’t believe a Democratically appointed U.S. Attorney, a Democratic legislature that doesn’t like me much, that investigated me, and one of the biggest law firms in the world who investigated us as well, all came to the same conclusion, then I’ll never change that person’s mind, but I don’t really care,” he said. “I put my head on the pillow at night knowing I’ve executed my office ethically and with integrity, and that’s what this trial will show, too, whichever way it goes.”

But…BRIDGEGAZI!

That and not being fast enough on the food runs.

Flashback to the sort of people Christie surrounds himself with.

Kelly: “I feel badly about the kids,”
Wildstein: “They are children of Buono voters,”

Some people say it’s because by the time Christie got done stuffing his maw and got a Big Mac and fries to Trump, they were cold. For Trump or any respectable fascist, a loyal stooge must put his responsibilities before his own self-satiation.

I watched that fiasco of an “interview” last night on MSNBC and Brian Williams just sat there while a former US Attorney blew smoke up his ass about blind trusts and Trump’s kids. False-balance indeed.

Ivanka the lusted after daughter is married to Jared Kushner whose father was sent to jail by Christie when he was a federal prosecutor. Maybe that had something to do it.

@humpback

GOOPS in NY state were told by the party to vote for the dead candidate who was on the ballot. They did. Dead man won. So GOOP gets to pick his replacement and it won’t be the still alive guy he ran against.

What is the GOP coming to? Commit a felony or two, and you can’t be vice-president? They used to wait until you were actually caught before kicking you out.

No, Trump fought it, but he needed to reach out to Evangelicals. Besides, one bully is enough on a presidential ticket.

Or Governor Christie making Trump’s thirty million dollar tax debt disappear.

nah. trump didn’t want a vp candidate that would put their combined weight over 600 lbs.

I don’t think that’s the reason. I think Trump is more interested in optics and being next to good looking people. I don’t think Christie fit the VP bill in that regard.

Stumping, surrogating, carring water and egg McMuffins? Sure. But as a running mate and taking pictures with? Nah.

I saw that “interview” as well - and MSNBC gets away with touting Brian Williams as their serious, news-breaking journalist.
