… he has richly earned the reputation that he has on Capitol Hill.
There is a lot of bitching and moaning in all these speeches about how shitty DC politicians are and Obama is trying to do stuff on his own not following protocol, which strikes me as interesting since Rs have been in control for a while now and, to me, are the real reason nothing is getting done, even amongst themselves a lot of the time.
