Yeah, I get a kick out of your possessiveness about her. Although I think of her more as Shadow Speaker, the one who’s actually getting things done while the SINO (Speaker In Name Only) flails in desperation until she makes her move. Sure worked that way this time.

I’m a fangirl with good reason. She’s huge in San Francisco, connections going back for generations, has accomplished daughters, a long solid marriage to a businessman (who helps pick out her wardrobe), shows up at events all around town, and people believe she makes very few mistakes.

I saw the “interview.” I thought it was embarrassing. It was like watching foreplay between two fully clothed narcissists. However, I didn’t hold that against her; it seemed to be Tweety’s idea. She seems pretty smart. If she is a Dem, that is two points for her. Now, hopefully she is honest, and can stand up for herself,which I think she can, – I wish her all the best.

One of the reasons I can never hate Chris is because of the way he talks about and absolutely fawns over his wife. She’s been on his show several times and he just looks at her like she’s the greatest thing that’s ever happened to anyone.
That said, when she’s been on I’ve found her to be very intelligent, thoughtful, caring, and witty. I’ll have to see where she stands on the issues, but I could definitely see myself contributing to her campaign. Hell, the woman has been putting up with Chris Matthew’s ass for decades, she can damn sure hand Beohner his ass.
WORD! He took it to Reince Preibus on voting rights. I’ve yet to see anyone black, white, or otherwise go after the GOP on the right to vote tougher than Chris. Where it concerns racism, Chris is the absolute truth.
In DC area where Kathleen Matthews was respected anchor and newswoman, she is not known as “Chris Matthews’ wife,” he is known as “Kathleen Matthews’ husband.”
