Chris Christie writes a book about it --- Titled ...The Bridge to Nowhere
Well, thatās funny, I think Chris Christie is naĆÆve concerning his affinity for ham sandwiches.
Another Republican candidate, like Rubio, who thinks the Paris attacks will help his campaign. Funny thing is I donāt find the idea of either one being President remotely comforting when it comes to terrorism.
Chris Christie Calls President Obama āNaiveā On Islamic State Threat.
This from a man who could not handle the lack of political support from the mayor of Ft. Lee, NJ!
Without referring by name to rival political outsiders like Donald Trump, or first-term senators like Floridaās Marco Rubio, Christie also warned about electing a candidate who is untested to the White House, as appealing as something new may seem.
āNew seems fabulous until the moment comes when you need experience,ā he said.
Hey, Gov. Christie, Hillaryās been in the White House before ā¦ many, many, many, many more times than you. She has plenty of experience there.
Look at me! Look at me! LOOK AT ME!!
Iām insulting President Obamaā¦vote for me!
āThe New Jersey governor, who was a federal prosecutor during the 9/11 attacksā
No he was not. That came later. Itās time to get this stuff right and its really time not to to get it wrong the way Christie wants you to.
Gov. Christie has no credentials to judge 9/11/ Heās a poll that wants to use itā¦like manyā¦but he has no position in the issue.
āNiaveā are the stupid bastards who think terrorists are THAT DUMB theyād ādisguiseā themselves as refugees for TWO OR MORE YEARS, living in a refugee camp, undergoing multiple vetting for the single most difficult paper to get, when ALL THEY HAVE TO DO is buy or steal or fake an EU passportā¦a Canadian passportā¦a US passportā¦et-bloody-cetera and WALTZ RIGHT IN.
With such āintelligentā republicans we may as well wave the white flag right fucking now. MORANS!
Yea the President of the US who gets briefed every day by the biggest military and intelligence in the world is naiveā¦Jesus fucking Christ are politicians, and especially Chris Christie, a bunch of dumb fucksā¦god damnā¦
You first have to believe Christieās framing of the whole issue. He says āat a time of great perilā we canāt allow more whatever.
How are we now in a time of great peril?
Thereās always shit going on, somewhere by somebody, Christie has forsaken his tough guy act and jumped aboard the SS sissy la-la Ā®.
President Obama got Christie huge piles of money after hurricane Sandy and Christie laid body on him to assure that the money flowed. Then Christie froze the funds and basically helped no one. It would be a deep naivetĆ© to believe a single word that oozes out of Christieās overused pie hole.
Gotta love Christieās claim that he fought terror as a prosecutor. Of course that was before he was a cone worker on NJ bridges. Gov 3%.
As Obama resists calling Christie āa fat fuck who is trying to scare Americans into voting for him.ā
Christie: āIt is really easy to stop IS, just block a few lanes of the road and grab them, when they get stuckā¦ā
Not only is that correct - the FACT is that Christie was not sworn into office as a U.S. attorney until January 17, 2002 - THATāS TWO AUGHT AUGHT TWO TPM REPORTER JILL COLVIN, some FOUR MONTHS PLUS, or 128 - THATāS ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY EIGHT - days AFTER 9/11, calling Chris Christie a āfederal prosecutorā is absurd.
Christie was NOMINATED to his position by President GW Bush, and was CONFIRMED to that appointment by the U.S. Senate as a POLITICAL appointee.
And his position has a title: United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey - not āprosecutorā, ATTORNEY.
And as of the date of his appointment as a US attorney Christie had exactly ZERO qualifications as a āprosecutorā. AOT heād never been trained as a prosecutor and heād never been paid as a prosecutor and he never even acted as a prosecutor.
Indeed, his sole experience in GOVERNMENT of any kind before being nominated, before being confirmed and before being sworn in as a U.S. attorney was as an elected members of a N.J. county board.
Now consider what Christie DID in while in office as a U.S. attorney. Did he āprosecuteā? No he did not. He certainly was the nominal head and boss of an office that AOT conducted prosecutions under the U.S. Code. But did he do any of those? Only as a case assigner, deal maker and power broker. Christie became NATIONALLY INFAMOUS for making āsupervised pleaā deals with corporations and corporate officers, whereby his office would receive and remit financial penalties - FINES - and assign private attorneys - larger GOP insiders and otherwise lawyers who he wanted political favors from - to supervise corporate probationary periods, and make HUNDREDS of millions in fees for doing it.
Olā tough guy Christie is among the most fraudulent excuses for a āprosecutorā in U.S. attorney history. The way he ran that office was pretty much indistinguishable from running a speeding ticket trap on a state interchange no driver can avoid. He was a shakedown artist, making it possible for corporations and corporate offices to avoid punishments by basically LICENSING their criminal acts, and in the process feathering the nests of a number of wingnut welfare bums with attorneys licenses and otherwise using the office as personal career stepping stone and to pave his own way
towards running for elective office.
Christie was a prosecutor in the same way that Tony Soprano was a waste treatment and sanitation consultant.
