Come on now…we are talking about Alabama - the most backward state in the nation. They live in an alternate reality where they won the Civil War.
Do not call a man evil unless you live in his reality. In Justice Moore’s reality he is the master of judicial wisdom and in his reality G-d visits him and speaks to him and gives him instructions to pass down to us mere human beings. He is not babbling - he is talking to G-d or something out there in the ether. He is perfect for Alabama who mostly live in this reality of illusion. Justice Moore is not Evil - he is Crazy - Insane.

Just a guess here, but if the State of Alabama won’t put a stop to Moore’s unconstitutional act of judicial rebellion, it might be time for the feds to get involved. Perhaps starting with a charge of contempt of court.

Interesting, send in a squad of Federal Marshalls to bring him in for questioning - and if he proves to be uncooperative and refuses to come along - that would qualify as ‘resisting arrest’ - and then, at that point - let them treat him like he was a black teenager in a hoodie.
