Ricketts needed to show the workers were under 30 hours for 6 months or longer. This was added to O-Care to make it more difficult for employers to screw their employees out of insurance.

My wife, my son, his friend, and I were at that game and had the good sense to leave after it became apparent that the repair of the field was going to take a long time. We left at 10; they didnāt call the game until 1:19. I normally boycott the Cubs because of Joe Rickettās vile right-wing politics, but hey, we were given free tickets just by third base. If Iād paid, Iād be pissed to be screwed out of a complete game by their ideology.
Edit: Of course, the workers being screwed is far worse, but the consumerās satisfaction and their working conditions are highly correlated.

Not one world Series championship since 1908. Not one world series game won by the Cubs at Wrigley since 1945.
