Atlantic City’s Mayor is currently not incarcerated, so they are accepting applications.
If he “resigns, admits guilt, or is found guilty”, does he have to give his salary back?

This is a man who is clearly dedicated to public service. He’s not going to let some temporary issue stand in the way of serving his constituents!

Great. Another political hack for Repugs and their media henchmen to point at and tell us how government sucks and welfare babies are on crack. Nothing like taking out a gun and shooting yourself in the foot, figuratively speaking. I’ll bet he’s a proud Democrat, too.
Having just come from a district court jury selection pool, may I remind y’all, as the judge did to us, that he is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
