Just went by that building this weekend. It has a huge banner hanging across the front which says, “Trump in 2016.” No, no, that’s not an election statement, it’s about the coming of this renovation. It is. (Not an expert here, but given the size of the renovation it seems unlikely that it will be done in 2016.)
Chef Andres is an awesome guy but he needs some help. He’s out of his element…out of the kitchen. So Chef…here’s how you do it. The remarks offended your religious beliefs. You don’t have to make a reasonable explanation…no one that useing that shit does. Just squawk religious freedom and ask Scalia to rule on it. Jesus said we should love each other…do unto other as we have done unto ourselves. So call Trump a rapist and clutch some pearls.

I remember a protest several years ago, based on a movie called “A Day Without a Mexican.” The idea was that all people of Mexican descent, especially undocumented ones, should stay home to demonstrate their contribution to the economy.When they did it, every construction site in Dallas, including the state road jobs that supposedly guaranteed only documented labor, shut down. I’d love to see that targeted to Trump. If every person Trump calls illegal were to boycott his properties, there would be no grass mowed on his golf courses and few beds made in his hotels.
I’d enjoy watching him explain that away.

this wasn’t the result of chef Andres’ being personally insulted, it was the result of his LLC being personally insulted. since Citizens United & Hobby Lobby, it’s established law that corporations, even LLC’s, have human attributes, hurt feelings should be reasonably considered among them. so, it’s the LLC who’s feelings were hurt, what is Chef Andre to do?

Donald Trump's lawyer is volunteering Trump has openly proclaimed for many years Mexico is sending rapists and drug dealers across the border? If he has it makes his statements all the more revolting, for no other reason than they're elevated beyond a one-off utterance to self admitted views held for many years. And if Trump hasn't proclaimed his "rapist and drug dealer" beliefs for many years then going into court lacking the relevant citations from the public record would wreck his suit (were the suit predicated on Mr. Andres alleged foreknowledge of Trump's beliefs).

In reality, all Trump really wants is to hang a huge banner with his name on it on the White House.

The vast majority of Republicans are against my deeply-held religious beliefs. Shouldn’t I be able to use my Second Amendment right and stand my ground against them?
Please, please, please answer the complaint, knock out that Rule 26(f) conference and notice Trump for deposition at the earliest possible moment. Can you imagine getting 7 hours to conduct a wide ranging examination of this asshat centered on his claim that his racist beliefs and rhetoric are so well known that they should be accepted as an unwritten term of this lease? Lawyergasm.

Trump may claim that his views about immigration were known in the past, but never has he called Mexicans “rapists and drug dealers”. I really hope Jose Andres wins this lawsuit in court, and the Judge writes an EPIC takedown of Trump. It’s clear that his inflammatory and racist comments would create a toxic environment in the workplace, and severing business ties with someone who speaks like that would be legally sanctioned.

I go by it every day (working at the EPA) and I’d love to alter the sign to say “Trump Dump.” Bill the Cat lives!
I’ll bet that Chef Andres disdain for loudmouth racists is also pretty well known.
Trump is admitting that he is the cause but not that it matters, which it does or the dude wouldn’t be bailing. Trump just doesn’t get it and has a litigious history that doesn’t bode well for him in court.
