The white and green one is the flag of Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) from the late 60’s to late 70’s and the orange/white/blue one is apartheid-era South Africa. Can’t tell what the other patch is.

Seems like this guy enjoys his white colonization of Africa aka his some sort of nazibutt.

I think that’s why law enforcement waited a few hours before releasing this. They had and arrest record on this guy, and problably searched around on the interwebs machine like Facebook a bit and found this picture with him wearing a jacket with an apartheid S. Africa flag. Kind of fits together now.
