SCOTUS has rejected free speech arguments for Confederate license plates just recently so I believe they would reject such an argument in this type of case as well…but it’s just a guess.
Yeah, I didn’t disagree with the gang thing either. I’m surprised to find out that satanic symbols have been banned though. If that’s the case, I sure hope they banned crosses too.
So everybody is ok with this because it’s school, and the kids. How do people feel about banning adults from wearing it in public?
And again, I’m not siding one way or the other, I am curious what people’s thoughts are on it.
