Where are you from? I guarantee you that your statement is not true of the rural red areas that are driving the Trump Clown Car.
In fact, to be even clearer about my previous post, a real demographic analysis would show that the people likely to receive this relief are disproportionately in the northeast, east coast and west coast states, in the larger urban centers and disproportionately minority compared to the percentages in the overall general public. Killing this relief program is absolutely about geographic cultural resentment and keeping minorities down and hampered in their ability to compete.

You’re right. I thought of being surrounded by young adults in college because of my own peer group (parents deciding how much they can help their kids with grad school, how much is too much student loan money, etc.) This has a targeted, punitive goal.
