…the tone and framing of my statements reflected poor judgment.

Cicero had an expression for this: res ipsa loquitur.

“Poor judgment” - that’s kinda the point, yeah?

Yes, it was his “tone and framing” that were the problem and not that he was “totally wrong.”

The worst part about these intellectual racists is how they’re certain that Political Correctness is a liberal trick and therefore refuse to apologize for anything because that would give in to the PC trick. So they frame their fake apology in a way that blames anyone who was offended by their Truth Bombs while reinforcing that it was, in fact, the truth. And when their fake apology is called out for what it was, they use that as proof that no apology is ever good enough and they were justified all along.

The CFPB still exists? The Republicans haven’t stomped it out of existence yet?

Eric Blankenstein is clearly a racist un-American traitor. I hope somebody puts his home address and other info about this scumbag out in public. These dirty criminals want to pull this shit? They should be looking over their shoulders.

Background checks, or due diligence in hiring - such common things done in public, private, and nonprofit entities - could save this admin from so much embarrassment.

Then again - they secretly relish in these activities and the only question is which of their deplorable appointees will have a footprint left in place that reveal the event which only at that moment becomes an embarrassment (being caught.)

It was a “youthful indiscretion.” At 25 years old…please.
