It’s been over 15 years since his last bomb threat, so maybe Trump should pardon him.

But it would be so wrong and elitist to call him deplorable.

"According to the background check record obtained from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, he was arrested on August 20, 2002, by the Miami Police Department and charged with a felony for the alleged bomb threat.

The GOP’s new normal, post-Kavanaugh:

“Look, this all happened a long time ago. Are we gonna ruin this guy’s life over some youthful indiscretion?!”"

With that record, why hasn’t he ever run for office? He’s a GOP dream…

The other arrests on the background check include for allegations of theft, possession of fraudulent driver’s license, misdemeanor battery and violations of his probation.

I bet he was able to buy guns legally in Florida. You know why deny a good man his 2A rights.

Probation for a bomb threat?

As a former felon, can he vote? Does he own firearms?

Are bombs considered firearms?

“Cesar” could be Hispanic. Trump should be able to get some mileage out of that, so it won’t be a total loss for him.

He can if he’s a registered Republican

Could be Cuban and they tend Republican.

If his incoherent ramblings are an indication one can trust, he seems to have Filipino blood. And since the Duterte-Trump bromance, Filipinos are A-ok with the stupids so, hopefully, Latinos are safe this time.

I know! I’m Cuban, and I’m totally a Republican! I keep my super secrets gay agenda in my hip pocket!

Felons in Florida can’t vote unless the governor reinstates their rights.

Reports are out saying he was registered as — [flash flash flash] SPOILER ALERT! [flash flash flash] — a Rethugliklan.

Now the the questions are: Did he vote in the last election? Will he be charged with voter fraud?

What are the chances a brown-skinned MAGABomber would live on Mayo Street?

I think he mentions his grandfather “over throughing” the communists in the Philippines, so that would account for the name.

For those who are constantly whining that the Democrats don’t have any strategy for winning elections, think of the planning that went into this. Democrats had to start setting this guy up to take the fall for their fake bombs decades ago. This plan had to have been put in motion shortly after Dubya was selected.

Maybe his voting rights had been restored? I guess it depends on who exactly was the target of his bomb threat.

You’re more than welcome to wade through this 3-hour-plus video of the June 2015 meeting of the Florida Board of Executive Clemency to find out.
