Discussion: CBP Orders Medical Checks After Second Child In Custody Dies

If Trump had his wall these kids could be dying in Mexico, where they’re supposed to languish in misery and expire.

Actually, the second child, at 8 years of age, is also marginal to Dotard, right?

A side from concerns over these poor children and their families, I am bracing for these deaths to give ammunition to the arguments that the immigrants are bringing disease. On the flip side of this, if they are really concerned about spreading diseases, why aren’t they providing better care?

Sadly, these children and their families are still clinging to the belief that Americans are a caring people.

If goddamned conservatives were concerend about the spread of disease they’d be all over anti-vaxxer’s kids spreading mumps and measles throughout various metropolitan areas.

Actually, most American’s are. It’s only the deplorable 35percenter’s that are despicable.

Tragically for these children, the 35 per centers are calling the shots right now.

The US is obligated to provide medical care for the people we capture. Somebody needs to investigate exactly what border security is doing to provide health care to people in custody, children and adults alike.

I’m at a loss on what to say other than if both of these children had common colds, what factor turned them deadly? And if Felipe had a common cold then why was he prescribed amoxicillin? I wonder if these “ice box” holding facilities have had their air conditioning units checked for legionnaires disease?

A CBP spokesman could not immediately answer how many children are currently in the agency’s custody. But with border crossings surging, CBP processes thousands of children — both alone and with their parents — every month.

And this little paragraph disturbs me, why doesn’t CBP know at any given moment how many children are in their custody? You know the Nazis in Germany kept excellent records with out the aid of computers and the internet.

One of these days, I hope for Nuremberg-style proceedings. Not only do I want these $@& to go on trial, I want all the enablers – the ones who still support Trump – to have it rubbed in their noses. I want these people to have to live with this stain for the rest of their lives.

Hang this around their necks and never let it off.

Can we get a medical check on tRump?

There’s a pattern here. Separating brown families, allowing brown children to die in US custody, allowing Khashoggi to be tortured and murdered with no consequences, it’s clear, for the first time, our federal government doesn’t even pay lip service about caring for human life and human rights, especially if you’re a person of color.

Honestly, I think it’s their not very subtle way of saying, “I don’t care, do you?” In this day and age, there’s no excuse for not being able to track people in custody, so it demonstrates their utter contempt for these folk and why they’re allowed to die without proper medical care.

So now they’re belatedly asking other agencies to lend them enough doctors and other medical personnel to treat the people they already have in custody. Because who could have foreseen people in custody needing medical care.

And CBP learned their lesson when those records were used to prosecute the Nazis for their crimes against humanity.

Interesting comparison. No room at the inn?

Don’t tell them that or the next thing you know, they will start tattooing numbers on their arms.
