Shouldn’t that be “Republicans are hoping to pass a repeal before it can be fully scored by the CBO” so that later they can claim they had no idea how big a hole they were blowing in the deficit? Because those tax cuts for rich people are going to be that much harder to justify.

Such a disaster. Unbelievably bad program. It can’t even spend the money it’s supposed to spend which is why your rates are going up a bazillioin percent this year. I could let it fail on it’s own. That’d be the smart thing to do. But I won’t because it doesn’t seem in a hurry to collapse, so we’ll make it collapse. You’re welcome America.

Wonder if a lot of the lower cost is also due to the young folks that are finally getting insurance are relatively healthy so not using it a lot.
