Carson acknowledged that some of his difficulties were of his making.
Am I mistaken… or is this the first thing that he’s gotten right ? ? —
Sounds like the grifters in his staff have just realized before Carson himself that they’ve shaken all the money they can out of their "base’ and are rightly moving on to the next carnival show.
I recommend that Benny the Blade attack his campaign staff with a hammer. That seems to play well with his ignorant followers.
“Ben Carson said Wednesday he is moving toward a major shake-up of his struggling campaign.”
Dropping out and admitting that ever being President was nothing but a Prozac-addicted hallucination?
The campaign might move forward if this Carson we’re talking about is a sensible, intelligent person who’s been held tied up in a basement of a farmhouse somewhere and the Carson saying crazy stuff all the time was literally a puppet these campaign operatives were using to say the crazy stuff for whatever reasons they might have had. I can’t see any other scenario making much of a difference.
Carson is finished and scrambling for someone to blame. This is all last ditch talk and will be followed by an announcement that he is suspending his campaign. The only question left for Carson is will he quit before or after Iowa?
…maybe white, flowing robes and a halo. Hand out little wooden crosses and 40 -11 verses of “Just As I Am” . Turn this circus tent into a revival tent!
“Everything. Everything is on the table,” he said of the potential changes. “Every single thing is on the table. I’m looking carefully.”
IMO, carson’s problem is that he keeps saying a bunch of fucking shit. how (or who) is going to stop that? speaking sofltly does not negate speaking stupidly. i’m thinking a slow slide into a narco-sunset is in the cards. someday people might say “wasn’t he a nice surgeon or something?”
Grift got away from them.
If everything is indeed on the table, they just need to get a different candidate.
Yah, right, the majority of the blame for his failing candidacy rests with his campaign staff. Yah, right!! All this from the so-called “personal responsibility” touting party.
Nothing a new candidate wouldn’t cure. The Dr is definitely out.
Every single thing is on the table…you know, this nice one with all the little lines that go over here and then WHOOP into this big circley thing, then back out and down towards the end and…what were we talking about?
Is the pyramid on the table?
There is only one person responsible for your crap campaign, and it’s you!
So you only need to get rid of one guy, you!
In other words, the Ben Carson presidential campaign is toast.
The problem is that they have one. His name is Donald Trump.
It is, however, ironic that someone who has kicked the teachings of Jesus to the curb, now has such a following that even the evangelical candidates can no longer compete.
Dr. Ben continues to make it up as he goes along.
Yes, and nothing so reassuring in a President as someone who is making it up 8 weeks behind.
