Discussion: Carson On Trump’s Twitter Account: ‘He Knows That It’s A Problem’ (AUDIO)

Self Control is a pretty desirable trait in a POTUS…

Twitter is an addictive behavior? If it’s “a problem” it’s really that hard to go cold turkey?

“Carson said he and the billionaire’s family have talked to him about his online presence.”

They staged a family Twittervention.

Can’t help thinking tRumpley is conflicted with keeping the distraction or admitting his mistake and fitting it with a pair of cement shoes.

Perhaps he should go into rehab for it.

I know he’s trying to help, but everything Carson says about Trump sounds like an overly loving mom explaining to a principal why her perennial screwup of a kid shouldn’t be expelled: “If you just knew him the way I do, you’d see he’s really not a bad person,” that kind of thing.

Uh, Twitter isn’t the problem. It’s the internal thoughts that Dump fits into 140 character form that are the problem. And the godawful retweets. Dump makes the choice, the terribly misguided decisions, to retweet.

Party of personal responsibility, my ass.

Has anybody ever thought about studying the donnie’s interviews to see if he says (not counting the numerable 'repeats of phrase) much more than he tweets? The content is about the same without the nasally whine.

Republicans have an easy fix for Drumpf’s Twitter account:

Blame muslim’s and dark skinned immigrants and get Mexico to build a wall around it. If that doesn’t work, water board Drumpf’s cell phone and have Corey beat it up.

If Trump hasn’t come to see that letting Carson speak as a Trump ally and supporter is a problem, why would he think that Twitter is a problem?

This is just so embarrassing.

Being told it’s a problem, and understanding it’s a problem, are entirely different, and the second does not necessarily follow the first.

Then, even if he understands it’s a problem, that knowledge is only useful to the extent that he effectively applies that knowledge to the process of changing first his mindset and belief systems, then his behavior.

Sounds to me like a tall order in this case.

Does he actually do the tweets himself? I don’t know what’s worse, that Trump shoots off these nutso insults, or that someone else does.

Twitter is approximately #327 on Trump’s problems.

I love that picture.
Ben Carson: “You see, they were hermetically sealed. ‘Hermetically’ That means that nothing could get in or out. Airtight. What else could they be used for other than grain?”

Surely the “Gifted Hands” man can now do something about these:

Or that Trump opening his piehole is a problem.

This story is one of the most disturbing in the whole Trump candidacy cycle. The idea that he know that this is a behavior and hasn’t just said “OK, I’ll close the account.” He could even have his campaign “manager” change the password and then be the one who tweets–making it a constructive tool for his campaign. If anyone asked him about it, he could say “I’m running for president, and as the campaign gets more intense, I don’t have time for it.” But so far, nothing. It’s one more example of how his priorities are so distorted and maladjusted that he would be a disaster.
The idea that he wouldn’t immediately give this up illustrates just how disastrous he would be as POTUS.
