To be fair he was only three words into his speech when his announcement came: “I shall suspend my campaign”, and it took three hours to deliver the eight word statement… and he did it all with his eyes closed!

I finally have had enough. I sent feedback to CNN regarding their wall to wall24/7 trump coverage. I told them there is another party involved in this election and trump is not the only candidate.

Wait, did he actually say he’s suspending the campaign, or just leaving the campaign trail? Because if he doesn’t actually suspend his campaign, he can still ask for donations. All he committed to if he only said he’s leaving the campaign trail is not doing any in-person campaigning.

After all, I’m pretty sure the real point of his candidacy was to raise money, the rest was just for show.
