Discussion: Carrier Union Leader Receiving Threats After Trump Hits Back

Gee, can’t help noticing that the Orange Menace doesn’t dispute Chuck Jones’ key assertion - that he lied.

Oh, and Pepe admonishing others to “Spend more time working-less time talking” is priceless, especially given his only focus right now is his victory tour. And, of course, tweeting about anyone who questions him.

It’s just so horrible that receiving threats like this is becoming “standard operating procedure.”

What a sad, sad commentary.

Critical of the great American workers whose manufacturing jobs he pledged to save.

Indeed - more union busting tough talk. As if the union negotiating a fair wage and benefits is why manufacturers are moving overseas where they can hire workers who will work for far less than that US minimum wage.

And I still don’t see Pepe or his spawn moving any of their manufacturing back to the US.

The Thug Presidency of Donald Trump, coming soon to America.

The mind boggles. Why isn’t the headline on every story that Trump calls the workers whose jobs he “saved” lazy, and that they are so bad it’s no wonder the company wanted to move out of the country. OK. Too long for a headline, but it’s a start.

Trump well knows that his words inspire the more nefarious of his supporters to commit wrongful acts. At what point do do his irresponsible tweets and fake news reports rise to the level of the “shouting fire in a crowded theater” bar? How many pizzagate shootings, death threats to Sandy hook parents, etc. must we endure under the shield of the First Amendment?

This seems to be a pattern. Disagree or criticize Dear Leader and start getting threats of retaliation, violence and even death. Not good.

It’s too bad President Obama didn’t hire some goons to beat the shit out of Trump when he was on his Birther tour. We’d all be better off for it.

Whenever a Trump spokesperson appears on the media, they MUST be asked when the Trump businesses (including kids’) are going to bring their manufacturing back to the US.

Perhaps this is why Trump is putting so many retired generals in key positions - to direct the field movements of his minions in the war against his enemies, critics, and any who dare to tell the truth.

Can’t have anyone talking back to the president (elect). That would be positively democratic.

They should also be asked how they like working for an admitted sexual predator.

Hmm. #notgood seems like an apt twitter handle for anything Drumpf says.

[/quote]Answer: Whenever a state gives them $7 million and there is a promise of more $$$ to come back (as long as they can still keep enough jobs overseas to crank out the bulk of the work cheaper).
