If we are adding candidates which are rising, and therefore held down by old polling, shouldn’t we remove candidates held up by old polling?

Aren’t we done with Chris Christie, Rand Paul, Scott Walker?

I think that’s true as well; CNN wasn’t criticized - Faux was. I think there is a little anticipatory fear that they’d get attacked for being “biased against [Republican] women” or something like that.
