Discussion: Caputo: Papadopoulos Was 'Stupid,' Had 'No Business' Attending Meeting

They really hate that he was in that picture, right among all those others who will eventually see their turn in Muellerā€™s crosshairs. There is a reason so many of them are playing down Papadopolousā€™s involvement/role - distancing them from him.

This stupid kid just showed up at the meetings and managed a seat between the Elf and the Orange Idiot
Are you fucking kidding me?

Hey Caputo! I have Mueller on line 2 for youā€¦ he wants to a little of your time under oathā€¦

Itā€™s equally true for all of them:

Stupid is as stupid does.

Stupid is what brought them together.

Amazing how someone who only hires ā€œthe best peopleā€ managed to surround himself with so many fā€™ing idiots.

But he did attend the meeting, and he was invited, and whether he is ā€œstupidā€ or not, Papadopoulos is in a position to testify as to all that transpired at that meeting. This is why Caputo and everyone else associated with Trump, including the alt-president himself, are trying to throw Papadopoulos under the bus.

They are all a bunch of cowards and crooks!

Hopefully, Mr. Stupid Papadopoulos has reviewed the meeting with as many participants as possible with the FBIā€™s help and recording equipment.

ā€œHe didnā€™t belong there but Mr Trump didnā€™t want to embarrass the kid by asking him to leave. Sometimes Mr Trump is just too empathetic for his own good.ā€

A former foreign policy adviser for Donald Trumpā€™s campaign who pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI about his contacts with Russia, was ā€œstupidā€ and ā€œhad no businessā€ sitting in on the March 2016 foreign policy meeting, according to former Trump campaign adviser Michael Caputo.

A brilliant and incisive analysis of the situation. Heā€™s still guilty and Iā€™ll lay dollars to donuts that he is singing like a canary. #tuckfrump

Come on, Caputo. Youā€™re in a foreign policy meeting with a senior member of the Senate Armed Services Committee and a future POTUS and some little known guy says he has connections with Vladimir Putin and you donā€™t even bother to find out who he is or if he might actually be a Russian agent himself? Junior person or not, how can you dismiss what he just told you?

I think the term of art is heā€™s stupid

HOWLING laughter

Agreed, Mr. Caputo!

They do realize Papadopoulos can hear them, right? As, more to the point perhaps, can Mueller.

Some defense, he is stupid.

If stupidity were declared a defense for criminality you could just open the jails and let everyone go because there would be maybe 11 actual criminals left in the country.

ā€œThat group was slap dash put togetherā€¦ā€

A management style we all see has continued apace to this day.

Mr. Caputo, are you lawyered up?
If not, you should be.
If you are, your attorneyā€™s probably doing a facepalm right about now.

Not quite OT.
