So, what the hell are we waiting for? Let the powers start the garbage removal process. This is not rocket science, there’s a criminal in the WH that’s keeping the government shutdown and has no intensions of opening it back up. Let’s get rid of him.
If somebody told me the developer would walk away with $30,000,000 or maybe twice that much on a project that size, I would have thought “good for them.” Three hundred million smells of money laundering for something else. Trump Tower Moscow was the way Trump was going to be paid off by Putin.
Lest we forget … building blocks for making this particular case against Trump are “other sources” not Cohen … Cohen will provide the confirmatory icing.

Twitter went crazy with this news last night. It seemed like every tweet referenced this news, sometimes several in a row! Ben Wittes has video of the little cannon placed in front of dominoes. When it went Boom!, they were all knocked over and/or blown away.
The whole thing was really something to witness.
What does this mean for the shutdown, and is this the real reason republicans are refusing to reopen the government? Their inaction makes them look even more suspicious.

The longer it goes … the greater the chance that Pence becomes not just a witless accessory but an obvious co-conspirator - joined at the hip with Trump … it could become a case where for Republicans to be telling Trump to resign would potentially be handing the White House to Pelosi.
Assume some Republicans are just sitting back & waiting for Trump to die politically - then they will step into the spotlight to try to take control of their party… but at that point it will be like trying to resurrect the dead.
