If I were Scarborough, I would definitely be threatened by the idea of Kelly coming to MSNBC. I mean, it’s not like I’d start watching if she replaced Scarborough and Mika (because Kelly could play both roles) as host of MSNBC’s “look! We have a token conservative!” show. But her vitriol would, at least be pure and unsullied by, to quote Lincoln (in a different context) “the base alloy of hypocrisy.”

And, besides, if you extracted her from the luridly toxic Fox environment where she’s constantly surrounded by crazy people talking crazy shit, she might even begin to have lucid moments.

But, I suspect this is just another contract negotiating bid on her part. She’s played this game before.

I think MSNBC should offer to trade JoeScar straight up for Megyn Kelly. MSNBC should then give Megyn the morning show and I don’t care what they do with JoeScar. Both Fox and MSNBC would be improved.

I’ll twist the context slightly.
Looks to me that she’s seeing that fronting the RW-Wurlitzer over the next 4-8yrs is not going to be pleasant.
Her value at present is as high as it will likely ever be.
And that if there were ever a jumping-off point? This is likely it.

I would not want to be one of the main faces of the (R) shitsh^w coming down the pike these next many months.
