Thereā€™s your 2015 ā€œModerate Republicanā€.

Opposition researchers themselves couldnā€™t have created a more perfect target. Thereā€™ll be the issue of for profit charters schools funded with public money, brother Neilā€™s role in that venture, the enactment of Stand Your Ground, and Iā€™ve only been following his dirty trail for a little while. Imagine what Floridians know

Well Mr Schiavo,if he runs the nation will be reminded of that saga, and how it played out.Something I donā€™t think Jeb wants revisited.

Well, but this story only shows that Jeb Bush is a power-hungry dangerous opportunistā€“it doesnā€™t say anything about his qualifications to be President of the United States.

Some people voted for Jebā€™s brother W. because they thought he was a ā€œcompassionate conservativeā€. Until they realized, after he took office, that he was simply another right-wing hack. No matter how much Jeb wants to paint himself as a ā€œmoderateā€, heā€™ll show his true stripes if and when he takes office. #nomorebushes

he and his wretched brother ruthlessly and shamelessly exploited that woman for nothing other than political gainā€¦
and once they lost in the courts, bush pushed for investigation of how long it took michael schiavo to call 911ā€¦

I didnā€™t know Jeb had continued to harass Michael Schiavo even after Terryā€™s death. Also, I seem to remember that the autopsy also showed that she fell into a coma as a result of anorexia or bulimia, not because Michael abused her as her parents claimed. Is that true or am remembering it wrong?

Imagining another Bush presidency gives me cold chills and not in a good way. I canā€™t imagine the horror of Jeb Bush giving away big tax cuts to the big banks, who are his close knit cronies since he was on the boards of some of the biggest banks who were the mastermind behind the 2008 economic collapse. I think that if people think that there is inequality now you ainā€™t seen nothing yet if another Bush becomes president.

Actually, I suspect this is being put out there, now, well in advance of an official run, to defuse the issue. I think itā€™s standard practice for campaigns to ā€œget the dirt out there earlyā€ in the hope that any emotional impact will have been spent, and the campaign can later say ā€œthis has already been addressed; next question.ā€

It is utterly insane that the governor of a state is making medical decisions like reinsertion of feeding tubes or superseding the legal decision maker for an incapacitated person, in this case the husband. This is such a gross over-reach of government, prying into the most personal medical decisions of private citizens. Those hypocrite ā€˜libertarianā€™ a-holes should creep out of the woodwork to condemn this in the harshest possible way.

Well, I think Republicans are incredibly resilient against judgements that are personally hippocritical. For Jeb itā€™s a win that his primary base will ignore his actions as the Florida executive being truly the very personification of what they claim to hate most about President Obamaā€¦ executive overreach.

Not to mention a liar!! Bush did the opposite of everything he said he would do

Those pesky little facts are a bitch arenā€™t they? Facts my family refuse to believe especially since they never heard them on Faux News

Amazing how Republicans pick and choose their ā€œsmall governmentā€ positions.

This is because, at the time, ole Jeb was sucking every born again cock in Florida, while trying to decide if he should run following Shrubā€™s final term.

Teri Schiavo was a prop for Jebs political career, nothing more than thatā€¦

So much for the ā€œsmall governmentā€ conservatives that wants government to stay out of personal decisions. Except, you know, when itā€™s something that they want, in which case itā€™s totally okay for the government to step in and strong-arm anybody involved.

I could scream your last sentence from the rooftop every hour of every day over at least a thousand subjects. The only change I would make is, instead of saying ā€œespecially sinceā€ I would say ā€œsimply because.ā€

Itā€™s really sad and frustrating, isnā€™t it?
