Yes! Win-win. The idiots leave the refuge and the other idiots go to jail since that’s all that’s going to happen. As there has been no “government overreach” in long established BLM policies, no judge is going to allow their trials to even address this “issue.”

Not sure what these lawyers are on but the best they can hope for is some sort of leniancy based on expression and something like it. They broke the law, no doubt about that and they were not nice about it. Most of the issues at play here have made it to the SC before and they sided with the Federal government. Even with a very conservative court.

This is not going to end well for them. Unless the judge is looking to make a name for himself in the militia movement.
