The forces of law in this country need to start slapping these “militias” down, and hard. What they are doing is called treason, and if they become any more emboldened by inaction, the violence will escalate. Just wait until the election when they try and intimidate entire communities.

What about all the “legals”? There are something like 160 legal people a day moving to central TX. There is already not enough water for the people and critters and crops that live there.
Pretty soon there won’t be any water in TX. So no one will go there anymore. And the guy with the gun can just finally relax.

As I postulated elsewhere, I hope one very brave migrant simply ignores them and keeps walking.
Let’s see if any of the supposed minutemen are “brave” enough to shoot an unarmed human being in the back.
(I also postulated that it’s equally likely to end up with some border-warrior kookbag on this side being shot by someone on the other side)

Isn’t the biggest part of the current problem kids that just walk right up to the border checkpoint? Despite the heated rhetoric from the “we hate foreigners” contingent, it’s not my impression that most of these individuals are attempting to sneak across unguarded parts of the border.
As for the militia, I hope this crazy and obviously illegal activity doesn’t result in anyone getting shot. If there’s even a grain of truth to the ultra-violent illegal immigrant drug dealer canon, this seems likely to end badly for the whacky militia. More likely, though, they’ll end up shooting someone’s unarmed grandmother.

The part where it sounded like he was advocating cold blooded murder of human beings. Because clearly, he was just talking about killing brown people, which totally isn’t murder.
