I’m glad Brown said this, though no doubt the DC press and establishment will have fainting spells as a result.

Sing it, Sherrod!

This is good. Yes, Northam should resign but this is the bigger conversation we need to have (again)!

Sen. Brown: “We Have A President Who Is A Racist.”

Did Chuck Todd quickly correct him, by calling Trump just “economically-anxious”?

Shameful that people are calling the first Orange President a racist. What do they have against Orange people?

“Well, I don’t know what ‘in his heart’ means,” the senator responded. “I know that he built his political career knowing what he was doing on questioning the legitimacy and the birthplace of the President of the United States.”

Yes! Yes! Yes! This! This! This!

Shove the racism so far up the ass of Donald Trump and the GOP that you can see it every time they open their mouth to scream, “BUT WHAT ABOUT RALPH NORTHAM?!!!”

We can have both conversations.

We are actually capable of that, yes we are.

And way to go Sherrod! I do like Sherrod, always have.

You believe in his heart he’s a racist?” Todd asked.

Really Todd? He refers to migrants at our Southern border as rapists, killers, criminals. He separated brown children from their parents and put them in cages. His son likened children in cages to animals in a zoo. For years he openly challenged the citizenship of the first black president. He took out a full page ad in a NY city newspaper demanding the death penalty for the Central Park 5 -who were later exonerated via DNA testing. His behavior following Charlottesville, his criticizing a federal judge because of the judge’s ethnicity. Shithole countries comment, his treatment of Puerto Rico after a major hurricane. The list of his racist words and actions is endless.

“Well, I don’t know what ‘in his heart’ means,” the senator responded.

His answers were fantastic, but this part is just awesome. Let’s stop talking about what’s in somebody’s heart, whatever that actually means. Let’s listen to their words and look at their actions. It’s irrelevant what a person really believes, whether they’re really racist. What matters is what they say and do, and everything PP says and does is racist.

Exactly.

Well yeah - in the first place, nobody can know what’s really in someone’s heart. All we can know is what they do and say. Motives are irrelevant, it’s the actions.

In 2016, long after they were exonerated by way of DNA and a confession he still maintained that they were guilty.

If Trump isn’t a racist in his heart, then that is the only place, and it hardly means anything since he is clearly racist in most of his actions. It is good for Democrats to just say this out loud and not retreat. The most troubling thing is that it isn’t even Trump’s worst trait, although it is probably in the top five.

After doing a little Internet investigation I found that is actor John Simm of “Doctor Who” in the GIF you posted. But when I first saw it I could have sworn it was Thom Yorke of Radiohead!
