Wasnāt it Brian Williams who back in 2000 (or maybe '04) said something about his love of Nascar the final days before that election that freaked us out as code for him being a W Bush supporter? Memory fades especially after all the crazy of late but I think it was him. Maybe it was Jennings but I donāt think so.
Iāve also caught Brianās 11pm show a couple of times but have turned it off because I hear him say way too many times, āLetās show what Donald Trump has to sayā before showing another nauseating Trump clip.
Memories of the Bush years are a tad foggy now but after his non-stop Trump clips color me skeptical. Iām all for redemption though, so have it Brian.

Iāve actually thought about this. I think itās quite possibly because heās such an amazing kiss ass that he was repeatedly promoted partly because his bosses liked him and partly to make him someone elseās problem. Weāve all known that guy, someone who is terrible at their job but keeps getting promoted because everyone likes them so much that they donāt want to fire them.

Halperin is like an in-law I have. He looks innocent, seems like a nice guy with a little smile, but when no one else can hear, he leans into you and tells you dirty cigar Bill Clinton jokes or the equivalent for Hillary or the Democrats. When you call him on it, he is all big-eyed and palms up- playing the innocent again.

If Halperin is predicting a Trump win, Clinton has it in the bag. This guy is constantly wrong on all his predictions and I cant fathom why such a loser keeps making it onto the news shows.

Halperin has been deplorable for years, especially in 2008 and 2012, his opportunistic right wing bias always right below the surface. Brian Williams used to joyously go on late night TV and make frat-boy snarky remarks about Democrats. Thus, he was the last person I expected to call Halperin out, but since his debacle and fall, and after hanging out with Rachel Maddow on primary nights, he has started to grow on me.

To put it simply Mark Halperin is, to quote Mark Halperin, a ādickā. He should have been fired by MSNBC when he called President Obama, a dick on Joe Scarboroughās show. But he was slapped on the wrist and the ābiased, liberal leaningā MSNBC years later gave him his own show. Like many on MSNBC his ignorance is surpassed only by his arrogance.
