The FBI report does not provide information on the race or ethnicity of the people involved in each crime and so could not provide evidence proving or disproving Huppenthal’s claim that undocumented immigrants committed more than half the homicides in Phoenix.

A Phoenix Police Department spokesman said the department does not use a system to track the number of suspects or victims who are undocumented immigrants.

The thing is, I do not know if they actually realize what they are saying sounds insane. If they were clear and said some illegal elements are doing these things than I think they have something of a point. They are being far to broad. How would it be if somebody said Arizona citizens are murderers and rapists? It is true, but it is not true at all how it is worded. A small group are.

I think they could make boarder security cases of some kind but they are not going that way at all. The sad part is that conservatives will eat this up. They are just telling it like it is, because most of them view all people not like them as being nasty in some way.
