The existence of the terror network demonstrates that the refugee notion is not correct, that they accept the values of the EU. Assimilation is not what happens. Many of the Paris murderers were 2nd generation muslims, and others were 5th columnists who snuck in with the other migrants. They come to Europe and do not assimilate. Germany, Austria, Sweden are sewing seeds of future problems with the wholesale acceptance of migrants, none of whom are refugees.

Uh, I doubt it is his right to refuse. He is a French national, right? France has the right to extradite him. France doesn’t have capital punishment, so there is no ‘human rights’ issue. He shows his extreme cowardice even now–he apparently couldn’t bear to blow himself up in Paris, now he cannot bear to face the music in a court of law.

He has a right declare to “refuse”. That does not mean he will not be extradited.

You have a right to declare you are “not guilty”. A court might declare otherwise.

Darkly amusing that a guy who holds Euro civil society in so much contempt & loathing that he chooses to kill & maim citizens of it wantonly gets very legalistic and fussy when things get tough for him.

It will be fascinating to see how long he lives, if and when he returns to France. Remember that the French “underworld” also wants this man and his friends dead, but for a different set of reasons all together. As it stands, they could build a prison just for him, dug into the Vosges or the deepest hole in all of France. It will make little difference. About as much difference as the “Trial” he will get in France. Sooner or later, he is a dead man.

Guess that the fact that there are crooks among Americans proves we are all criminals. That’s your ‘logic’ about the refugees.

McVeigh and Brevik show that the problem is disaffection, not nativity.
