Discussion: BREAKING: DOJ Report Blasts Ferguson Cops For Pattern Of Racial Bias Against Blacks

Discussion for article #233917

Fox News preview for this evening: The DOJ timed their release of the Ferguson investigation to distract from the Netanyahu speech to Congress. Bank on it.

If so, I say GOOD. I wish the DoJ had shown stones like this for the last 6 years.

That they didn’t charge Wilson with a civil rights violation in the death of Michael Brown demonstrates that the Justice Dept. will only charge what it reasonably believes that it can prove.

“Conservatives” should remember that before they react to this development.

I guess Ferguson gets a free pass for making the city’s Jews affix a yellow star to their clothing.

I assume that’s coming. And the longer the GOP sit on Loretta Lynch’s nomination and thereby keep Holder from being able to move on, the more chance they’re giving Holder to prove exactly how few fucks he has left to give. And that’s a man who had close to none to begin with. I’ve got hopes for Lynch (if they ever let her take the job), but I’m really gonna miss him.

Man, Missouri’s ugliness sure is in the news lately, isn’t it?

I can’t think of anyone that would be surprised by these results. Pathetic.

Like the “beefeater” was so named because he sampled the victuals before the King lest they were poisoned, “holder” calls back to a day when the elite hired a servant to aim for them whilst they piss.

Gee, what a shock.
As if this isn’t common knowledge to most Americans with even an ounce of integrity, honesty and a sense of justice.
The only reason this type of abusive/discriminatory behavior still continues in the police dept (A sad remnant of slavery/kidnapping days) is that some people just don’t care much about the tribulations of their fellow man.

is this your way of sharing a homoerotic fantasy?

Haha…good…no mercy, no quarter, no excuses.

The problem is this isn’t common knowledge, especially in Missouri. I knew it was bad, but not that bad. When the mayor of Ferguson announces the town will cut it’s revenue from fines from $2.4M to almost $1.2, that’s the sign of some serious gaming of the system.

I saw a documentary about the police and courts there and a woman was fined almost $1,000 because her dog took a dump in HER yard. I don’t get how you can fine someone over a dog relieving itself in the owner’s yard, but that’s just another indication of how those towns are milking their residents (mainly the African American ones). Too many people will not see any racial overtones because, you know, African Americans are just incapable of NOT committing crimes, and the only thing keeping everyone else safe are these crooked systems.

but I will ‘like’ on general principles,… or principals… or principalities…

Anybody doubt the findings? I don’t. They sound completely consistent with the kind of racism that was obvious when the Ferguson police attempted to put down the demonstrations. Clearly the Ferguson police had no understanding of about 1/2 of the people they were sworn to serve and protect.

There is only one solution for this. The people of Ferguson need to vote the bastards out. They are counting on voter apathy to remain in power.

Missouri has problems, many of them flow from one political party and the corruption that one party rule always encourages.

I did qualify my comment. I said it’s common knowledge to most Americans WHO possess some integrity, compassion and sense of justice. The people who aren’t aware of this fall in 2 categories. #1 people who are living very sheltered lives or #2, they’re the supremacists or people who just don’t care except about their own suffering & want to boost their ego by bashing other people like African Americans. That’s why many of these individuals will dismiss African American protests for justice as a bunch of hooligan savages/troublemakers blocking traffic. Really? Those people are subconsciously in denial because deep down they’re comfortable with other people being treated like second class citizens so long as it’s not them.
I know that sounds harsh, but we human beings are not perfect. The only hope is for us to confront what we are and strive to be better than our human limitations.
