You know Arkansas GOP and Trump adminstration if you want to kill off “undesirable” portions of your populations could you not have the decency to do it competently? Which is really rich, considering how much time Trump and the Republican Congress puts in on a daily basis. And they have just ONE job. 
You mean you want them to spend more time groveling for dollars than 40 hours a week?
Ideally, they should be doing stuff like, I don’t know, holding Trump accountable, finding all those missing children, helping Puerto Rico, etc. But that’s asking far too much of them, of course.
