Discussion: Brace Yourself: Waves Of 2020 Announcements Expected Soon

Talking Heads on AM Joy think Harris will announce on MLK Day. Beto is supposed to be in February. Not sure about the rest, I haven’t heard a peep out of Booker but, I’m guessing he will announce as well.

I’m waiting on Klobuchar and Brown, I know people tossed around Stacey Abrahams, she has name recognition but, saw on Twitter she’s considering a Senate Run for 2020 and I’m totally down for that.

So far I’m excited about our prospects, I think we have a good bench.

“the state’s first-in-the-nation Democratic primary.”

It’s not a primary. I wish it was. Nevada too. Lotta cash gets burned up in those states very early in the campaign season.

Being an outsider,I pick Franken or Harris.

The second wave will likely feature political heavyweights like former Vice President Joe Biden, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, New York billionaire Michael Bloomberg and former Texas Congressman Beto O’Rourke,

Stupidest sentence you will read this hour. Unless you read a different AP story. Support independent wrongness, blandness and both-siderism!

If you haven’t read this morning’s exploratory article from 538 on coalition-building for the primary, you should. As always, I don’t necessarily agree with everything they publish, but rarely do I think it’s ill-considered. If I find myself disagreeing, I have to ask myself why, and if I can persuasively argue my case.

I grow increasingly bullish on Kamala Harris, both in prognostication and in rooting interest.
