Last year, Glamour made news by declaring Caitlyn Jenner a Woman of the Year. This time, it’s Bono? Seems to me the magazine is losing it. It’s good that Bono – whose music I’ve enjoyed for years – is ‘woke’ on women’s issues. But that DOESN’T MAKE HIM A WOMAN! Duh. Is it really the case that Glamour couldn’t find another woman of accomplishment to put in that spot?
If necessary, why not create a “Male Allies We Love” section to recognize a celebrity like that?
