Republicans may not have the ability to repeal and replace the ACA. They do, however, have the ability to pass legislation to make the existing law a lot worse.
It’s a certainty that they will do so.
If this is a real Trump tweet it makes even less sense then his usual gibberish.
Is this Boner’s version of taking a victory lap on top of Paul Ryan?
I will have to improve then.
Golly. It’s almost like the 468,957 times they voted to repeal it was all for show. Like it was about demonizing the act to prevent Democrats from gaining politically from it. But that would be like crazy, right?
John…
You were the one who led the fight for repeal for years and now you are saying the ACA won’t be replaced?
(cough)bullshit(cough)
Now that is some serious trolling…
Remember this about Boehner, of the Republican Speakers of the House in my lifetime, he is the only one not to go to prison or face official censure for ethics violations…
The current speaker, Eddie Munster, might not be so lucky…
Don’t like your successor, do you John?
“Repeal and Replace”?
More like “Squeal and Squirm”.
Truth does come from the strangest places:
"Former Speaker of the House John Boehner said Thursday that the idea that Congress would completely repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act was “happy talk” and “not going to happen.”
But so do oxymorons
“Boehner was speaking at a health care conference in Orlando,”
“Smoker John Boehner Joins Board of Tobacco Company”

Shorter Boehner: Republicans are full of shit, including me.
I presume he is being paid to speak at this meeting - and that this is what his audience wants to hear. Nothing more and nothing less.
Paul Ryan: Today we voted for the 117,008,98th time to repeal ObamaCare. President Obama just would not listen to us.
That’s a seriously low bar…
Sounds like Boehner is enjoying his post-Congress life…
O ya think?
hahahahahahahahahahahaha If he was a fan of Paul Ryan I don’t think he’d be out enjoying all this quite so publicly.
Perhaps John takes the protesters seriously since he has nothing left to lose and can see things the way they are instead of the way a bunch of nutty House GOP sees them.
Let’s not be guilty of fooling ourselves by investing too much value in the statements of others when their actions are what speak most clearly on the matter.
