So he’s going to sue the Constitution?

As Boehner wiles away the hours in the Clown Car’s Law Library he might want to jot down his future post military coup d’etat preferences, firing squad or prison?

this is another one of those purely partisan issues that, should the republicans in the house be successful, will come back to bite the GOP, when next one of their own occupies the oval office.

Of course the STUPID PARTY Reps want Pres Obama to play by different rules.

Such a lawsuit would require a bipartisan committee.

Ain’t.
Gonna.
Happen.

Ha ha ho ho hee hee. Republicans have eyed “impeachment” at least once a day, every day since Obama took office. What do they have to show for it? Ha ha…TIRED EYEBALLS.

More accurately “The Congress has a clear record of ignoring the will of the American People and has forced Obama to use his legally-enacted EO’s to get things moving - like running the country - while The Congress continues to be intentionally gridlocked. The Congress is built to stay that way and damned proud if it.”

Tell Boehner that he is guilty of cruelty to animals. Beating dead horses again and again and again…

Is his seat that safe for him in his congressional district? Word has it, that he will have a Democrat opponent in 2014. His opponent’s name is Andrew Hounshell. So, we will have to see if Boehner is willing to fall off the cliff, just as his dear friend, Cantor, did a few weeks ago. This time it will not be played out in a primary theatre but rather “the theatre” …you know the one that lasts for 2 years?

Show us your best Andrew!

I wish some reporter will start calculating or estimating the number of hours, Congress is spending way too much time and money on crazy actions such as this one.

Another political gimmick for the low-information GOP voter.

Has Mr. Boehner decided which jurisdiction would hear the case?
(Hint: Boehner has no standing to sue the president.)

**If we are serious about our disdain for this SOB we have one course of action, take away his place as the Speaker of the House l know. He has done zero for " We the People" so Vote in the 2014 election for anyone other than the Republicans. Oh don’t let the stupid press deceive you… we can vote them out of office but it will take action on our part. If you live in a state or community that is up for election of congressman or senator vote for a Democrat …why because we want our nation to be governed by those who truly care about us . “We the People” We made a serious mistake of voting the wrong men and women in office because we wanted a balance in congress and all they did was shut down our government and cost our nation more money. Think about it , our consulate is attacked in Libya by a group of militants, and what does the Republican party do? instead of being concerned about the attackers they go after their President. They will never quit hating the middle class, non whites, gays, women, those who believe in climate change, the poor, the sick those who are in need of student loan assistance…the list continues to grow of all the people Fox News, and their cohorts hate. ,emphasized text

By all means John continue to waste time and taxpayer money on dead on arrival issues. The courts have already ruled that government agencies are in charge of the method of implementation of complicated legislation. Indeed the President (any president) is charged with implementation of passed law, however there is nothing in the Constitution that states how and that is done or the time period. Why the GOP is so afraid of following the guidance provided by the Constitution is the larger question???

Exactly, the Repukes might as well call their lawsuit the: ** “We hate it when Democratic presidents do the exact same thing Republican presidents do” **.

Bush signed nearly three times as many executive orders as Obama has so far.

And how many more millions of tax dollars will be added to the billions the Republicans have already wasted trying to ungovern.

Boehner and his GOP cohorts have obstructed and delayed and done everything they could to prevent anything Obama might have wanted to do. So, Obama had to resort to the only avenue open to him from the Constitution and now Boehner and friends are in a pissy funk because Obama is using the Constitution.
The GOP is acting like a bunch of spoiled brats who need a spanking.
