Maybe the President should have sued the Republican leadership after his first Inauguration when the evil cabal met in secret to plot against this President, his administration and the country…Their plot – they would do nothing to assist the President in any initiatives he sent to the Hill. Nothing…as in not one thing to help average Americans in a dire crisis created by Bush/Cheney and their enablers. The Republicans create nothing – except chaos…they only destroy…

I can’t imagine he’d be so stupid as to sue over the Dreamers. That would essentially eliminate any need for Republicans to run any candidates in 2016. They could save their money for the presidential election and focus on trying to save all those Senate seats in blue or purple states because the backlash from Latinos would be devastating. I actually hope he does it.

The problem is that the judicial branch is becoming more and more skewed to the right.
Boehner only has to find one judge, just one, that is willing to hear the case.
Of course, like impeachment talk, it will only serve to make Obama more popular.
On the other hand, I’m guessing the lawyer that would take this case would be found in the yellow pages or on a billboard.

Don’t hold your breath. As soon as he mentions specifics, his “case” will be shredded in the press. I wouldn’t be surprised if he never actually brings a suit at all. He’s just tossing some red meat to his base. I would give anything, though, if some intrepid reporter followed him around and brought this up every 3 months or so. “Speaker Boehner, how is your lawsuit against the President coming along? Can you tell us, specifically, which executive actions you’re challenging? Speaker Boehner? Hello? Speaker Boehner?”

they keep telling this lie “the president fails to faithfully enforce the laws of the country” but never state a specific one. Dems, grow a fucking spine and counter sue with this bombshell: the vote on raising the debt limit is unconstitutional because it requires a vote to pay the bills already approved by congress. Additionally, the law is unconstitutional because it infringes on the President’s constitutional authority to ensure the United States does not default on its debt.
