Mainly because once any real plan was out there, and it became apparent how many would be hurt, including their base, the opponents of the ACA might realize how good it really is.

ACA is the GOP plan actually…that’s a big part of the problem…both for the left and the right. But Agent Orange can’t admit that, ofc.

‘Not there yet’ in coming up with another plan like the earlier one they adopted to replace the Clinton plan and supported until Obama adopted it and implemented it, at which point it became the Worst Idea Evar that needs to be replaced with another red herring.
