Discussion: Bobby Jindal Says Trump's 'Summer of Silliness' Will End Soon (VIDEO)

Discussion for article #239921

“Your campaign does not seem to be catching fire at all.”

That about says it all…

But then again, the entire GOTP field is a giant rolling dumpster fire.

After the Summer of Silliness begins the Folly of Fall, followed by the Wackiness of Winter…

With or without the TV “star.”

There’s nothing unique about Trump in the Republican field

Paul Krugman:

But Mr. Trump isn’t alone in talking policy nonsense. Trying to deport all 11 million illegal immigrants would be a logistical and human rights nightmare, but might conceivably be possible; doubling America’s rate of economic growth, as Jeb Bush has promised he would, is a complete fantasy.

Jindal deserves one term in the Oval Office. 4 years should suffice to convince every school child in the nation Jesus rode a dinosaur to home school every day.

Pious BJ Jindal really needs to address whether or not he is an Anchor Baby or not. He walks the walk and talks the talk.

I am betting that even after BJ’s flaccid campaign catches fire, he will be one of the Biggest Losers in the campaign and will get less than 1% of the votes. He won’t even win in the gerrymandered white districts of Louisiana.

Hey, Bobby, Nobody cares. You’re the personification of loser.

Regardless of anchor baby status, his standing in this horse race indicates he’s a moronic loser.

And how has Jindal been any less silly? He sounds like Moe calling down Shemp for being silly.

The thing about Trump is he can’t seem to help being awful; it’s just his nature. Jindal knows better. He has a fine education. He can’t possibly be as stupid as the things he says. He could have had a respectable career in any number of fields. He could have lived his life with a modicum of dignity. But he chose differently, to put it mildly. When you look at Trump and Jindal together you see the difference between loathsome and contemptible.

Trump’s summer of silliness will give way to some fall follies. Jindal will find his true calling as a men’s wash room attendant at the New Orleans Harrah’s.

Well, at least Bobby can interpret a political cartoon he may have recently seen:

IMHO, Trump should be also holding two other “treats” with the words hate and racism on them.

Trump’s summer of silliness? As oppose to your life time of pure and utter bullshitry?

I predict that Jindal’s summer of silliness will end long before Trump’s does.

Poor Bobby…he’s going nowhere.

nah… Piyush just chooses to live his life according to his perception of ‘American Values’

to paraphrase from Blazing Saddles…

you know… ignorant redneck… a moron

If he weren’t so awful, there’d be something pathos-inducing about his belief he can be president.

I always want to comment on these Bobby Jindal stories, but every time I open the window, all I can think is “fuck off, Bobby.” I feel like a grittier J.R. Ewing.

"“I think after we get past this summer of silliness and insults, the
voters are going to begin to look at who is prepared to do the job,”
Jindal said. “Who has the intelligence, who has the courage, who has the
experience.”

Beaaaahahahahahahahahaha
Are you kidding Piyush?
If you had intelligence you’d leave the GOP
If you had the courage of a gnat you’d do something about guns (but votes trump that)
Being a governor doesn’t give you the experience to know what it’s like to be POTUS.

And to intimate you’d be prepped immediately to be POTUS is laughable. That’s why the election is in November and the new person takes office in January ya dolt. Do you think that’s a vacation period? No, that’s when you find out what you got yourself into. And I guarantee that in that 6 week period you’ll go grey if elected.
Intelligence my ass Bobby. You’ve demonstrated what you think of intelligence.
