Bob McDonnell should carry this conservative crazy wife defense to other aspects of his life including paying taxes. Heâs already throwing her under the bus and should make the most of this.
I wonder whether Al Capone and the mob bosses who were brought down for tax fraud by Eliott Ness could have claimed that their wives were crazy or were messing around with another crime family as part of their defense.
Chris Christe could use the crazy wife defense for shutting down the George Washington Bridge. Prick Berry could use the crazy wife theory for abusing power and for threatening an elected official. Thad Cochran could use the theory to justify his comments about indecent activities with farm animals. This last one is really low, I know.
Al Qaeda terrorists could have the most legal hay out of the crazy wife defense. They have so many wives they could blame their actions on.
The crazy wife defense is the most innovative conservative legal theory since the Twinkie defense of the 80âs.
