For reference …

Reports that Rice prompted the unmasking of Trump associates were first surfaced in a Sunday post on Medium by far-right blogger Mike Cernovich, a noted promoter of the “Pizzagate” conspiracy theory.

That’s all I need to know, thanks !

It seems to me that if foreign agents were talking about Trump or people on Trump’s team, this would have a clear national security interest, totally separate from the question of whether Trump was being investigated. There could have been threats.

My thought exactly.

I’m thinking Obama should have issued a blanket pardon to all of his senior officials and Hillary just to mess with this guy.

Of course, none of Trump’s blathering answers the question of why the Trump camp was talking to Russian targets, including some under surveillance for money-laundering.

OT, looks like Filibuster WILL happen:

I’ll double that. Knowing who’s playing with the Russians is exactly the role of NSA.

So…Mr. McConnell, do you still have “no intention of making the Senate more like the House”?

Force the asshole to nuke it… and make him own.

I never realized that there were so many disgusting Commie/Russian supporters among the public.

Oh, wait: when the enemy is a Kenyan Muslim, you’ll whore for anyone.

Not just that—imagine how Trump will react if there is a filibuster. He’ll tweet some ahistorical nonsense which, by getting rid of the filibuster, McConnell will own.

Trump’s approval will be under drinking age pretty soon. It will have to find other means of coping.

There are all sorts of good national security reasons to unmask conversations between unnamed people running for office and Russian government officials. Evidence of illegal collusion is the strongest reason. How do Trump officials think this is a positive for him? Oh, and I guess they are okay with leaking classified information now. Good to know.

I agree. He’s going to spin this hard with lots of help from his supportive media, but in the end, he’s confirming a terrible, terrible thing that should be his undoing.

The strong gravitational pull of Trump’s corruption sucks in another rube.

Now why would a National Security Adviser be investigating a Russian attack on the United States? Very suspicious.
