Though I totally agree, itās for legal purposes. He hasnāt been found guilty by a court of law. Without a guilty verdict on record, any news organization and/or reporter opens themselves up to slander accusations.

While one of the more troublesome things Trumpās campaign has shown is how quickly many on the right apear to be supportive of violence agianst those that do not agree with them. BUT whatās really starting to eclispe that is how quickly our police forces are in joining sides with these racist violent fascist.
Private event or not if someone is peacefully using their first amendment right and someone else punches them police should NOT tackle the victim but should arrest the attacker.
People who brush off Trump and say fascism canāt come to the US really need to look at how easily our police forces seem to embrace doing that dirty work.

I wouldnāt dismiss him so easily. Itās not likely that he can pull out a win, but heās been defying ālikelyā this entire season. For all his terrible flaws as a person and a potential president, heās got a lot of charisma, and under the right circumstances people could turn to an authoritarian like that.

It really isnāt chrisma as much as itās simply the amount of time on the prime time tube following two decades of lurid NYC tabloid coverage. It would be like saying a Campbellās Soup can has chrisma when it is simply promotional fame over time.

The person who got punched, while the cop, not two feet above on the steps observed, was taken down, handcuffed and led out, while the man in the cowboy hat remained in the audience, without anyone in law enforcement doing anything to the assailant. He should have been the one put in handcuffs. And thereās clearly the cop above standing and watching the incident taking place. Flipping the bird is no where near the same as an unprovoked assault. No comparison. This is un-fucking-believableā¦but for a Drumpf rally, sadly, its become a totally normal occurrence. Makes me sick.
