You know if this was such a problem at this Starbucks location then why didn’t do what a lot of urban retailers do, install a token system. To access the restroom you have to get a token from the cashier.
Hell this was in place in the 70s when I worked at a cafeteria located in shopping mall. It was also something I ran into in LA and in downtown Chicago.

Did they demand Starbucks use its considerable legal wherewithal to ensure that these gentlemen’s arrests are scrubbed from their records?
