Excuse me, Sarah, would you like to revise your demands of ESPN? Seems your boss’s business is living down to Jemelle Hill’s assertion…

The Trump Organization called the allegations “utterly baseless”…

“…and uppity.”

And without knowing a shred about the claim, for some reason I just automatically believe it.

I wonder why that would be?

The restaurant may be run by a third party company, but it’s undoubtedly a company that listens to what the property owner wants and, shall we say, likes to see. The Trump Organization better hope no one was stupid enough to say anything overt or to put it in writing.

Oh wait…

This is the restaurant company that came in when the others left in protest. Same outfit but I think different location where the “two lawyers” were having lunch shooting off their big mouths and overheard by NYTIMES.

Ah, shit! Now I am going to have to buy that 128GB Flash Drive to keep up with the lawsuits.

Hmm. Should I get one of these? It’s grossly overpriced and probably doesn’t work … but it swivels.

It used to be that when someone was your agent, you were responsible for their unlawful actions. But now the law is changing so that “Golly, gee, it was a subcontractor” is a strong defense. And judges like gorsuch are helping.

As I recall, when Trump owned casinos in Atlantic City, black employees had to get off the floor when he walked by as he’d be very upset otherwise. So this story is entirely believable as it tracks with Trump’s past behavior.

Perhaps this will be Eric’s big break. His chance to catch a news cycle instead of his father or older brother.

Not to worry, Sessions will bring a civil rights action to give Roberts, Inc. a shot at eviscerating the Civil Rights Act.

he plaintiffs worked for a third-party restaurant company that is solely responsible for the direction, supervision, and management

Trump: It is our full right to treat third-party companies as our punching bag, especially if they hire the colored.

I’m not sure this isn’t fake news. This does not sound like Donald Trump at all. You’re telling me he had black employees?

‘Funny’ how it’s never Trump Inc. fault. Never.

Now this is something D2S understands. Back in a court he’s visited so many times before.

It’s just like Charlottesville… in that there is “blame on both sides”.
