Like I said yesterday… I am boycotting the 20th and if my TV is on at all it will be to play movies. No news, but I will peruse TPM to hopefully catch some snark, off color commentary, or other snide remarks.
Saw an opinion piece on CNN about DT not caring if he’s loved or not. It missed his pathology completely. He demands to be loved, admired, put above all others because of his greatness, smarts and out sized ability (I almost said “fingers” heh heh). I don’t give a fuck about DT’s feelings. I’m seeing epic incompetency so far and it scares me. I’ve been aware of “transitions” since Eisenhower and never before have I felt such a case of impending doom. I liked Kennedy, Detested LBJ, I hated Nixon but I was sure we would survive. Ford was meh, I had good hopes for Carter…Reagan had experience in that he got interested in politics and paid his dues to learn how to govern and then got elected governor of California. Bush 1…meh, Clinton was the “good ol boy”, Bush II … yuk,Blech (pitooey!), Obama (God love him!!), But niw we have a dork with zero chops at governing. DT thinks the Congress works for him like he is some glorified CEO. This is a man with serious mental issues and zero understanding who should never have been elected. This is the only transfer of power that truly scares me.
This man (DT) should never be left alone. There should always be an adult near by to supervise him or we could all be dead in short order…

In their place Philly should send a contingent of their famous, and lovable, baseball fans. Fill up a bus with them but leave two seats for beer. They’ll do Philly proud.

Yes, I saw this on my FB TL. My TV will be on but HGTV will be the channel it’s tuned to. Apparently, and I’m not sure if this is fact or not, if the set is off, the ratings will measure a bigger number for those who are tuned to the dog and pony show. But if the TV is on, but on other channels, a true lower rating will occur. Anyhow, I can work on my Korean drama marathon on my PC.
