Discussion for article #222460
Never drink with Russians, LSU fans, or people from Wisconsin. Ever.
I don’t get it. How does this relate to BENGHAZI??
Who gives a crap? Clinton has been out of office for 14 years.
What is it with former presidents and candidates who just won’t go away? If they never leave, how can we miss them???
That’s what I’m talking about. Who cares? This is what TPM considers news!! Oy
“When I was in Russia, I experimented with vodka a time or two, and I didn’t like it. I didn’t swallow, and never tried it again.” – Bill Clinton
Sorry, and please forgive me, but as I read your quote Monica came to mind. So I’m begging you, please don’t send me to the meth lab!
I like Bill even more now!
Well, he is the Big Dawg, after all!
Putin wasn’t president when Clinton was in office. TPM, please hire a copy editor–there’re far too many errors in your articles.
OMG. You are right but Putin must have been along for the ride.
WTF?!? This is a “story” about Podesta, not about Clinton, other than he was there at least at the start of the story. Does the POTUS never drink? Was Clinton drunk/hungover and made some terrible decision because of it? Why is this “news”? And why is the headline such a misleading tease? Did y’all acquire Drudge???
Well, he’s president now, but wasn’t then. But poorly worded, for sure.
As someone who has worked in Russia, in the winter, not drinking is considered very rude. You just let them out-drink you and they’re happy, you’re happy and business gets done.
There was an overlap of about a year when both Clinton and Putin were Presidents of their respective countries. Perhaps you forget this is Putin’s second go around as President.
Gosh, first Monica resurfaces and now Bill drank a couple shots of vodka.
What’s next? Fox News has a picture of Bill picking his nose???
