Discussion for article #244383
I respect and admire the Vice President and I am grateful for his long years of public service. My favorite Biden moment will always be when he absolutely schooled Paul Ryan in the 2012 VP debate.
Vice President Biden is a good man. Though I’ve had my beefs with him–namely the Anita Hill/Thomas Clarence issue–Biden has done so many good things for our nation, he’s been there for us despite numerous family tragedies. He’s been a solid left-progressive when we needed them most. Thank you, V.P. Biden.
A fortunate man. And I say that in the highest sense of the word: Humanity.
To put it into perspective, simply juxtapose Biden with the entire Republican slate of candidates.
I still recall the speech about terrorism that Biden gave on Sept 10, 2001 and have always liked Biden for his caring nature, now comes the but…But Biden still thinks that it is possible for a republican to agree with a democrat if the republican is approached politely. Seems to me that he has a heavy-duty blindside wall if he thinks that after the last 7 years of Obama and himself trying to get the republicans to do anything, is possible.
I want to see how Hillary and Bernie treat that immovable force because I already know what Biden would do.
It’s not too late Joe. Eight years ago we proved Hillary is unelectable in the Democratic primary. So this time she rigged the Democratic primary and we we’ll demonstrate Hillary is unelectable in the general. Then you’ll really wish you had run for President.
