Discussion for article #233856
I’m going to take your original advice, and neither watch Netanyahu’s speech, nor read your “Full Coverage” of it.
I second that sentiment…Total blackout! Especially in light of this:
Thanks for the warning. That will give me enough time to find something else to do that’s really pressing, like watching another rerun of “River Monsters.”
It was a terrific speech. I laughed, I cried, I jumped up and down.
Indeed. I’ll be rearranging my sock drawer.
Now that Republicans have claimed the mantle of letting Jewish leaders dictate American foreign policy to the United States, I hope the Speaker inspires all the anti Semites within his own base to sit out the next election. Or maybe throw their support to a nonsense, wannabe, third party.
Bibi will say an do ANYTHING to remain in power. That is ALL this entire farce is about; His re-election.
He is taking a page out of the Bush playbook warning of apocalyptic mushroom clouds if HE is not re-elected as only HE can “protect Israel from her enemies” and anyone who tries to make peace is a cowardly appeaser and an “enemy of Israel”.
Follow the Money. Look who funds his campaign inside and outside of Israel. That is all you need to know.
Has anyone noticed?
It’s the evening news hour in Israel…
Political theater at our expense.

I hope the Democratic House members have enough stage presence to get up and walk en masse as soon as Netanyahu starts speaking. No one will hear a word after that and Boehner will look even more the fool.
How come were not hearing the thoughts of the other countries working with Iran other than the US or Israel about this?
For Bibi it’s all about Iran, and Israel has no chance without the US.
If you were a Republican you jumped up and down many times. Hard to believe some of those geezers survived intact.
